Step 1: Open Your Browser

Step 2: Access NiS

In your browser’s address bar, type the following web address: nis.jamii.go.tz or click on this link: https://nis.jamii.go.tz/login.

  • Phone Number: Enter your contact phone number.
  • Password: Create a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g., RTadR@@127!). Confirm your password.
  • Click “Register.”

Step 5: Email Verification

You will receive an account verification link in your organization’s email. Open your email and click on the link to verify your account.

Step 6: Access the System

After successful email verification, you will gain access to the system. You can then proceed to fill in all the required information for your application.

Step 7: Dashboard Area

Upon logging in, you will find a dashboard area. Below the dashboard, click “My Organization” to provide more details about your NGO.

Step 8: Complete and Submit Your Application

To complete and submit your application, follow these steps:

  1. Add the address of your organization.
  2. Add your NGO’s thematic areas.
  3. Add types of members associated with your organization.
  4. Add the members of your organization.
  5. Add office bearer positions.
  6. Assign office bearer positions to members.
  7. Add necessary attachments.
  8. Fill in your organization’s constitution.

After filling in all the required information, click on the “Submit Report” button to submit your report to the Registrar.
