Responsibilities:
- Streamline and simplify obsolete operational processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve service quality across the group.
- Ensure effective implementation of operational procedures and track KPIs.
- Develop and maintain flawless customs processes for cross-border movements.
- Remain updated on industry technology and procedures.
- Prepare management reports and recommendations.
- Support operations teams and mentor fleet staff.
- Ensure the timely uploading of statutory documents and Proof of Delivery (PODs) to prevent delays in invoicing.
- Ensure legal documentation of the fleet is in order.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in a structured, system-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of quality improvement systems.
- International exposure and commercial acumen.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent report-writing skills.
