Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and simplify obsolete operational processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve service quality across the group.
  • Ensure effective implementation of operational procedures and track KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain flawless customs processes for cross-border movements.
  • Remain updated on industry technology and procedures.
  • Prepare management reports and recommendations.
  • Support operations teams and mentor fleet staff.
  • Ensure the timely uploading of statutory documents and Proof of Delivery (PODs) to prevent delays in invoicing.
  • Ensure legal documentation of the fleet is in order.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience in a structured, system-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement systems.
  • International exposure and commercial acumen.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent report-writing skills.
