Job Opportunity: Direct Sales Staff (Fixed Term - 3 Years)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Highlands, Southern, Central, Western, Northern, Lake Zone & Zanzibar
Job Purpose:
Support the bank's retail sales objectives by visiting customers, selling products/services, and deepening relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through appointments, referrals, or door-to-door canvassing.
- Open accounts, ensure KYC compliance, and register customers for self-service channels.
- Meet sales quotas and promote bank products.
- Participate in campaigns and events to drive sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Banking, Marketing, or related fields.
- Insurance Certificate of Proficiency is a plus.
Skills:
- Sales experience, customer relationship management, and consultative selling.
- Flexibility to work outdoors and non-standard hours.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
