Job Opportunity: Finance Officer – Dar es Salaam
FHI 360, a global organization committed to ensuring access to health and development opportunities, is seeking a qualified Finance Officer for its EpiC project in Tanzania.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial management, accounting, and grant management.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage vendor payments.
- Develop budgets for national and regional program activities.
- Review sub-awardee financial reports and ensure USAID compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5-7 years’ experience, or Master’s with 3-5 years.
- Experience in financial management, grants, and USAID-funded projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Tanzanian public health sector, NGOs, and CBOs preferred.
