Job Vacancy: Beverage Factory Automation Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Beverage Factory Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automation systems for beverage production. The role involves expertise in electrical engineering, programming, and system integration to enhance production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Develop automated systems for bottling, packaging, filling, and labeling processes. Create detailed specifications and PLC/HMI programs for equipment control.
- System Integration & Maintenance: Integrate automation with existing production lines, maintain systems, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Process Optimization: Analyze production data and collaborate with teams to improve processes through automation.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
- Project Management: Oversee automation projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and teams to ensure project success.
- Training & Support: Train staff on operating and troubleshooting automated systems and stay informed about emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in beverage or food manufacturing.
- Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI/SCADA, and industrial control systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical systems, and process control.
- Knowledge of robotics, sensors, and vision systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
