Job Opportunity in Tanzania: Landscape Coordinator
The WWF/GEF Tanzania Food Systems Land Use and Restoration Project is seeking a Landscape Coordinator. This 5-year project focuses on combating forest and wetland degradation in Tanzania, particularly in the Kilombero Valley and North Unguja (Zanzibar).
Location: Mlimba, Tanzania
Job Type: Full-time
Duration: 1 year (extendable up to 5 years)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project management within the landscape.
- Coordinate with local project partners and manage staff in the Landscape Coordination Unit.
- Provide technical support for the design and implementation of project activities.
- Ensure compliance with gender, environmental, and social safeguards.
- Prepare progress reports and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of technical experience in a discipline relevant to Sustainable Food Systems, Land Use, and Restoration.
