Job Purpose:
We are looking for Digital Sales Representatives across various regions in Tanzania to drive digital subscriptions and circulation sales. If you're passionate about digital media, have strong sales skills, and excel in customer engagement, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase digital subscription sales by identifying and converting new leads into paying customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow digital circulation and reach across online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Promote MCL’s digital products, including e-papers, mobile apps, and online subscription services.
- Monitor sales performance, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to help improve our digital product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to launch successful digital campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the digital space.
Qualifications:
- Academic: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Requirements: Must own a smartphone and reside in the location applied for.
- Strong passion for digital media and excellent communication skills.
