Job Overview:
The Human Resources Associate will provide essential HR support to the AzamPesa regional sales teams across various locations. This role encompasses recruitment, performance monitoring, employee assistance, and administrative tasks, including regular field visits to assess sales dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Collaborate with regional hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process and ensure effective onboarding for sales teams.Performance Monitoring:
Track and assess sales team performance, offering constructive feedback and coaching to enhance productivity.Employee Support:
Address HR-related inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.Learning & Development:
Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and provide coaching to foster continuous improvement among sales teams.HR Administration:
Maintain precise employee records and generate reports on performance, attendance, and training.Market Visits:
Conduct regular visits to monitor sales dynamics and provide HR support in the field.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR and administration.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
