TIGO is excited to offer an internal vacancy for a CVM Campaign Consumer Specialist. In this role, you will develop and manage communication strategies for various cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CVM, Product, Sales, MFS, B2B, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to create effective communication strategies.
- Develop and execute clear communication plans for both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with the Contact Policy and manage the timely delivery of campaign communications.
- Oversee the creation and approval of digital marketing materials, brochures, and fliers for accurate campaign messaging.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
